    CDFW seeks high quality grant proposals that support the enhancement of watersheds and communities in areas impacted by cannabis cultivation. Grants are provided through the Environmental Restoration and Protection Account pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34019(f)(2)(A). This funding opportunity focuses on planning, implementation, planning + implementation, and cleanup and remediation projects within California.

    Eligible Geographies

    Funds under this Solicitation are available for projects statewide. Projects that directly benefit California’s Threatened and Endangered Species, as defined by the California Endangered Species Act, receive higher scores per the scoring criteria.
