Purpose:

The purpose of the Program is to fund Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Programs in California to provide more children in foster care with a CASA volunteer who will advocate for the services and support needed by children who have experienced abuse and neglect.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible Applicants:

  • Other Legal Entity
  • Tribal Government

Eligible Applicants are CASA Programs in California that have been officially designated as the CASA program for its respective county by the Presiding Judge of the Juvenile Court.

Matching Funding Requirement:

Applicants may apply for up to $72,848, for the 12-month GrantSubaward performance period.
