    The Digital Divide Grant Program will award one grant of $100,000 for rural and urban public schools and two grants of up to $50,000 each for non-profit Community Based Organizations (CBO). The grants will fund digital projects that serve beneficiary public schools/districts and non-profit Community Organizations. Projects may address gaps in broadband networks, affordability, access to personal devices and digital skills training.

    Purpose

    The Department of resources Recycling and Recovery offers the Beverage Container Recycling Grant Program pursuant to Section 14581(a)(4) of the Public Resources Code.  The purpose of the grant is to issue up to $1,500,000 annually in the form of grants for beverage container recycling and litter reduction programs to promote increased recycling beverage containers throughout California and reduce beverage container litter in the waste stream.
