California Grants Portal Help Desk

The link above is to the CA Grants Portal Help Desk platform, where you can submit issues or questions regarding the California Grants Portal. All requests will be responded to within one business day. Any requests marked as “urgent” will be responded to within 2 hours.  

The California State Library team will be adding new Grant Contributors once they are approved by their Grant Editor to the Help Desk. If you don’t have access to the Help Desk or you are unable to login, please contact us at CAGrantsPortal@library.ca.gov.
