Unaccompanied Undocumented Minors (UUM) Legal Services Program Administrator (PA) Request for Application (RFA)
The Unaccompanied Undocumented Minors (UUM) Legal Services program provides legal services to undocumented minors in California. The PA model aims to refine the UUM program by executing timely agreements and ensuring prompt reimbursement. CDSS established the Program Administrator (PA) model to streamline these services.
Pursuant to its authority, CDSS enters into this Agreement with (Grantee) for the sole purpose to; 1) administer UUM legal services grant funding; 2) subgrant UUM legal services to eligible direct services grantees; 3) monitor reporting and invoicing; and 4) act as the UUM liaison for the designated subgrantees, which includes partnering with CDSS for performance management and addressing service needs.
