Purpose:

SB-170 Budget Act of 2021 appropriated $2,000,000 for a grant to Santa Clara County for litter abatement activities.

Description:

This grant is made directly to Santa Clara County for the purpose of litter abatement.  This is a non-competitive grant with one eligible applicant.  Payments under this grant are made on a reimbursement basis.
