Purpose:

This Grant is to provide support to eligible community-based, nonprofit organizations for the purpose of delivering trauma-informed, rehabilitative and/or restorative justice programming in CDCR institutions.

Description:

RIGHT 3.0 funds may be used to sustain or expand a currently existing trauma-informed, rehabilitative and/or restorative justice program. Organizations may utilize funds to provide a new program within an institution where trauma-informed, rehabilitative and/or restorative justice the program is not currently offered.

The Organization must have a physical office in California.

Funding awarded from this grant must be used within California State Prisons.
