Purpose:
OPC is soliciting proposals for Proposition 68 grant funding to support projects that will address, create, or implement nature-based solutions and other sea-level rise adaptation strategies to build coastal resiliency. For more details on OPC’s priorities, please review our Strategic Plan.

OPC is soliciting proposals for Proposition 68 grant funding to support projects that will address, create, or implement nature-based solutions and other sea-level rise adaptation strategies to build coastal resiliency. For more details on OPC’s priorities, please review our Strategic Plan.
Project types that may be funded through this solicitation include:
- Community capacity building, technical assistance, and planning
- Project site assessment and preliminary design
- Project final design and permitting
- Construction, monitoring, and adaptive management

The deadline to submit letters of intent is September 14, 2020.

Eligible Geographies:
To be eligible, project locations must benefit the coastal and San Francisco Bay Region.
Matching Funding Requirement:
We do not require match for this solicitation, but leveraging of in-kind contributions and other funds makes proposed project more competitive.88
