Purpose:

​The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) is conducting a competitive Request for Application (RFA) for the establishment of the Program Administrator (PA) model within the Immigration Services Funding (ISF) program.

Description:

The Program Administrator model aims to streamline the Immigration Service Funding (ISF) program.  Designated PAs will assist CDSS to fulfill the administrative requirements to implement the ISF program in the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Bay Area regions. PAs shall be nonprofit organizations which meet State and program eligibility criteria and have the administrative capacity to manage designated programs and funding. The PAs will sub grant services to regional ISF sub grantees.
