Purpose:

Provide education and awareness about the proper disposal of boat sewage

Description:

Provides education to promote public awareness about boat sewage, its proper disposal, as well as tracking and monitoring use of existing pumpouts and dump stations along California’s waterways.

  • Public Agency

Public or non-profit agencies

Eligible Geographies:

One grant award is available for each the Northern California Coastal/Delta Region and the Southern California Coastal Region

Matching Funding Requirement:

Grantees contribute 25 percent cash or in-kind match.
