    Purpose

    The purpose of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) grant Program Year 2025-26 (PY 25-26) is to provide employment and training services to individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. This grant will also ensure that services provided to deaf and hard of hearing individuals are at least equal to services received to non-deaf and non-hard of hearing individuals.
