SFY 23-26 Immigration Services Funding Program
Details
Purpose:
The purpose of these grants is to award qualified nonprofit organizations to provide services to immigrants residing in, or formerly residing in, the state of California to access services to assist with the application process for cases seeking immigration remedies, provide education and outreach and legal training and technical assistance.
Description:
FY 23-26, (3) year grant award, with (3) separate budget cycles.
Eligibility Requirements
Eligible Applicants:
- Nonprofit
All Grantee will meet the requirements set forth in Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code. Other eligibility requirements vary, depending on the applying services categories requested.
Eligible Geographies:
Statewide- CA
