    This third round of Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) Program funding will provide $265,000,000 to county behavioral health agencies (BHAs) for use in the expanded implementation of bridge housing services for Californians experiencing homelessness who have serious behavioral health conditions (a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder).

County BHAs must serve individuals with serious behavioral health conditions, including SMI and/or SUD, who are experiencing homelessness.     CalRecycle oversees the Waste Tire Cleanup Grant to provide funding for collecting, removing, transporting, recycling, and disposing of California waste tires from tire piles and illegal dumping areas.  Funds are limited to the removal of waste tires along public rights-of-way or on private property with less than 500 tires on site or 500 to 4,999 tires with affidavit from the property owner.

    The Farm & Ranch Solid Waste Clean Up & Abatement Grant program offers financial support to address the cleanup & prevention of illegal dumping on properties designated for agricultural purposes, as defined in California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 17991(d).
